Shipping policy

Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers  
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery of your order.

Tracking Your Order  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages  
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping (if applicable)  
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Damaged Items  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

  • Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (standard ground shipping only).
  • Only applies to the contiguous U.S. (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, or orders under $50, will incur a shipping fee.
